REFUND POLICY - DECOR
All decor purchases from Gunn & Co. are considered a final sale. Each item in the Gunn & Co. shop is carefully inspected before we send them to their new home. Decor ships in 3 - 5 business days from the date of your purchase. We hope you love it just as much as we do!
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know by emailing our team within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Please include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return of your products. Include photos of damage.
REFUND POLICY - APPAREL
Gunn & Co. apparel is custom-printed just for you so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Apparel ships in 3- 5 days after purchase. The holiday season can cause longer delivery times. Please refer to the size chart included with each product.
If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to contact our printing company to replace it with a new one. Please email hello@sarahgunn.com within 2 days of delivery with a description of the issue, along with a photo.
